摘要
当前,我国农民政治参与意识逐步增强,表明农村社会主义民主政治建设取得了可喜进步。但是,有些地方的农民在政治参与中出现了一些非制度化现象,造成了严重的负面影响。认真研究和解决这一问题,是当前乡村政治体系制度化建设的客观需要。
At present, the peasants' consciousness for political participation in China gradually becomes stronger than ever before. This indicates that the construction of socialist democratic politics has gained an exciting progress. However, there are a certain non-institutional phenomena to be found in the peasants' political participation in some local areas. They have brought about a lot of serious effects in a passive way. A serious study in this problem and its solution are the objective requirement for the institutional construction of rural political system.
