摘要
青年政治社会化与青年组织之间存在着互动关系。我国青年政治社会化过程中存在着政治引导不够、青年组织缺乏自主性、参政能力弱、轻视政治参与技能的培养等问题,为此,青年组织应加强对青年的思想政治教育和政治文化导向,注重青年的利益表达。
The political socialization of youth is in a reciprocal relation with the youth organization. There are many problems that can be found in the socialization process of youth in China: insufficient guidance of politics, lack in self-determination for youth organizations, weak capability of engaging in politics, overlook over the technique and ability in political participation. In view of this situation, youth organizations should emphasize the ideological education and the guidance of political culture for youth, and the expression of youth's interests.
