摘要
"三个代表"要求加强和改进党的建设,必须强调党的阶级性和群众性,因为党的阶级性是党的先进性的根本依托,群众性是党的先进性的重要支点,阶级性和群众性的有机结合是"三个代表"要求的生动体现。
According to the request of 'Three Representatives' theory, strengthening and innovation of the party construction must highlight the characteristics of class and mass people for the party. The reason for such a request might be illustrated from the fact that the class character of the party is the essential pedestal to support its leading trait, and the character of mass people the significant key point to maintain the leading trait of the party.
