摘要
在中国共产党建设的实践中,三代中央领导集体对民主集中制内涵进行了探索,对民主集中制内涵的认识不断深化,从侧重强调"集中指导下的民主",到强调"民主基础上的集中",到正确的民主基础上的集中和集中指导下的民主相结合的根本组织制度和领导制度,理论上更严谨,更好地指导了实践。
In the practice of the party construction, the central party leader groups over three generations have explored the connotation of the of collectively democratic system, and continuously understood its meaning in depth. The emphatic points have changed from 'democracy under a collective direction' to 'collectivity based on the democracy', and to the substantial system of organization and leadership that has combined the collectivity based on democracy with the democracy under a collective direction. The changes are obviously more systematic in theory, and more effective in guiding the practice.
