偏最小二乘分光光度法同时测定铅锌镉

摘要 运用加权形心单纯形确定了meso—四(4—三甲铵苯基)卟啉与Pb(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)的共显色条件;提出用偏最小二乘分光光度法同时测定Pb(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)的方法:根据校正浓度矩阵和量测吸光度矩阵计算了Pb(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)离子的浓度。结果表明,偏最小二乘法优于卡尔曼德波、CPA和AKC矩阵法。 The conditions for the incorporation of Pb (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ)with meso-tetra (4-trimethylaminonium phenyl) porphine (TAPP) werestudied by the weighed centroid simplex method. Partial least square(PLS) method was used for the simultaneous determination of Pb (Ⅱ),Zn (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ) by spectrophotometry. According to the calibratedconcentration matrix and measured absorption matrix, the concentrationof these three ions were calculated directly. It has shown PLS methodobtained better results than other computation methods, for instance,Kalman filting, CPA and AKC matrix method, etc.
