摘要
我国城市化在全球一体化的大背景下正向着大都市圈和大都市带的形式发展,城市和区域的发展都要求区域中的城市与周边地域协调互动.小城镇作为联结城市与乡村地域的桥梁和纽带,在大都市圈的城市化进程中将起到重要作用,结合实例分析了大都市圈中小城镇的现状特点与存在的问题,探讨了大都市圈小城镇在未来发展中的功能定位和发展策略.
Under the background of global integration, urbanization in China is developing towards the form of metropolis circles and metropolis bands. Urban and regional development both requires the harmonious interplay between cities and their peripheral areas in certain region. Small towns, the bridges and links between cities and rural areas, will play an important role in the urbanization of metropolis circles. Based on the example of Harbin metropolis circle, this article analyzes the present characters and existing problems of small towns and explores their functional orientation and developing policies in metropolis circles in the future.
