摘要
探讨了Ni_2O_3-Cr_2O_3组合添加对含Fe_2O_3压电陶瓷性能的影响。实验得出,在给定组分中添加微量Ni_2O_2-Cr_7O_3将使材料性能变软。材料的介电常数(ε_(33)/ε_0)、机电耦合系数(K_p)和机械品质因数(Q_m)分别达到1500,0.597和230。文章分析了材料添加Ni_2O_3—Cr_2O_3后其性能变软的原因。
Properties of PZT ceramic material containing Fe_2O_3 after doping with a small amount of Ni_2O_3-Cr_2O_3 are examined.The results show that the properties of the material doped with Ni-Cr are softened. The dielectric constant (ε_(33)/ε_0), electro-mechanical coupling coefficient (K_p) and quality factor (Q_m) are 1500, 0.597 and 230, respectively, after doping.The mechanism of the softened properties are also discussed.
