摘要
给出了KIO_3晶体去孪去畴的方法,测量了无孪无畴的KIO_3单晶的主折射率、电导率、介电常数、压电系数和电光系数,研究了其非线性光学性能。
The method of removing twins and domains of KIO_3 is described. The principal refractive index, conductivity, piezoelectric constant and electro-optical coefficient of twin-free and domain-free KIO_3 single crystal are measured. The nonlinear optical property of KIO_3 single.crystal is studied.
