超快硬超高强水泥砂浆的研究

摘要 采用各种外加剂成功地制得了超高强及超快硬超高强水泥砂浆。水泥粒度组成中大部分颗粒集中分布在3~25μm范围。水化样的XRD,DTA和DTG测试表明,高强水泥早期水化加快,CH相减少。由压汞测孔得到了高强胶砂硬化体的细化孔结构参数。 By the aid of admixtures (grinding agents, superplasticizer and additive NX), an ultrahigh strength cement mortar and an extra-rapid hardening and ultra-high strength cement mortarwere prepared. Particle size analysis demonstrates that most particles of the finely-ground cement fall in the size tango of 3~25μm, and this is the basis for the preparation of high strength cement mortars. XRD, DTA and DTG analyses show that the hardened cement paste of ultra-high strength has a more rapid early hydration and less CH crystalline, and more AFt phases are formed in the. very early stage of hydration with the addition of NX. Finally, lower total porosity and finer pore structure of ultra-high strength cement mortars cured for 28d are measured by MIP.
