摘要
本文叙述了利用改进型吸收法测量0.543μm He-Ne激光上下能级粒子数密度的原理和方法,得出了上下能级间粒子数反转值随配比、总气压和放电电流的变化关系,找到了实现最大粒子反转数的最佳参数。根据激光能级的跃迁机理,提出了该激光器的动力学模型,进行了理论计算,并同实验测得的粒子数变化关系进行了分析对比。
This paper described the principle and method that used modified absorption method to measure the population inversion of 0.543μm He-Ne laser level, obtained the variation relationship of the population inversion with mixing ratio, total pressure and discharge current, found the optium parameters to achieve the largest population inversion. According to the transition mechanism of the laser level, we advanced the kinetic model of 0.543μm He-Ne laser and calculated the model. The comparison and analysis also were done between calculated results and experimental results.
