摘要
研究了新型抗水氯氧镁水泥的水化产物、显微结构和主要性能。XRD,DTA,SEM和EDAX分析表明,其主要水化产物5·1·8在不同条件下有4种形态,且Ca,P和S元素固溶量不同。未反应MgO微粒均匀分散在5·1·8凝胶内是其结构的主要特征,不稳定的针杆状5·1·8晶体只在孔洞内少量形成。从显微结构的观点分析了其抗水机理。
The hydration products, microstructure and main properties of new type water-resisting magnesium oxychlodde cement are studied in this paper. XRD, DTA, SEM and EDAX studies show that the hydration product 5.1.8 has four morphologies at different conditions. The results show that there are different contents of Ca, P and S solid solution in the hydration products. The unreacted MgO grains homogcnously distributed in the5.1.8gel phase are main structural characteristics of new type water-resisting magnesium oxychloride cements.Only a small amount of unstable needle-bar-like crystals 5.1.8 formed in pores or holes were observed. The water-resisting mechanism of new type water-resisting magnesium oxychloride cements is also discussed frcm the standpoint of microstructure, which provides a satisfactory explanation for some of the phenomena observed in the experiments.
