摘要
为了解师范生的素质状况,进一步增强教育的针对性,笔者对我院师范生的思想道德素质、文化与专业素质、心理素质和教育素质进行了调查.结果显示,师范生的综合素质不容乐观.本文对形成这一结果的原因进行了分析.
This article investigates the moral quality, cultural quality, psychological quality and educational quality of the vocational and technical teacher's college students, and analyzes the result of the investigation.
