摘要
本文综合评述了紫外、可见及红外激光眼损伤效应研究的若干进展,包括我国激光损伤阈值的研究概况,特别是黄色人种眼损伤阈值与动物眼损伤阈值之比的重要数据。收集了国内外激光意外照射眼损伤病例近百例,并对其进行介绍分析。国内48例中,以1.06μm波长激光致伤为主(约占60.4%),中、重度损伤为主(75%),且反射光束致伤占多数。文中对致伤条件、损伤分型、视力障碍及病程经过与预后等方面进行了分析讨论。
Some aspects of development of studies on ocular injury effects of ultraviolet, visible and infrared laser, including the ocular damage threshold investigations conducted in China and the important data of threshold ratio be- tween yellow race people and animal eye damage were reviewed in this paper. Near hundred ocular injury cases from laser accidental exposure were also collected in current article. Typical cases reported by the literatures were briefly described. Analysis of 48 cases occurred in China indicated that about 60.4% of the patients were irradiated by laser at wavelength of 1.06μm and approximately 75% of the victims were moderate and serious injuries. Descriptions of the exposure conditions, types of lesion, visual function disorders, the clinical courses and the prognosises were given also.
