摘要
本文研究沥青质结合相在镁白云石碳材料中对材料强度性能的作用.热态下结合相粘度变化、相变化、半焦炭化的收缩应力和半焦石墨化等对材料强度变化和塑性变形规律起主导作用.材料经不同温度处理后,由于结合相的结构变化直接影响材料室温强度和断裂功的变化规律.
The study on the effect of pitch binder phase on the strength behaviour of magnesitc-dolomite-carbon materials has shown that the principal factors influencing the strength and plastic deformation of the material are the phase and viscosity changes of the binder phase during heating, the stresses induced by shrinkage during semi-coking and the degree of graphitization of the semi-coke. The variations in strength and work of fracture at room temperature are dependent on the structure changes of the binder-phase after heat treatment at different temperatures.
