摘要
将猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)免疫原免疫产蛋母鸡,收集卵黄提纯制备高效价卵黄抗体,作为治疗剂应用于试验感染腹泻仔猪,结果显示卵黄抗体具有显著的治疗效果,治疗组腹泻症状明显减轻,多数在5d后恢复正常,死亡率仅有16 7%;而对照组呈水样腹泻,最后脱水衰竭而死,死亡率为100%,两者差异极显著。
IgY against PEDV was obtained from egg yolk of chickens immunized with PEDV.Then IgY was purified by chloroform extraction and ammonium sulfate precipitation.After challenge exposures to PEDV,the neonatal piglets were treated orally with IgY solution in the antibody treatment group and with normal salt solution in the control group after the occurrence of diarrhea.The mortality rate and the fecal scoring were used to evaluate the difference between the antibody treatment group and the control group.The experiment showed that the mortality rate was 100% in the control group,whereas only 16.7% in the antibody treatment group.The result indicates that IgY can be effectively used for piglet diarrhea.
