摘要
研究了反应烧结制备的锆刚玉莫来石系熟料及其碳结合材料的性能.结果表明锆刚玉莫来石系熟料烧结温度较低,抗热震和抗渣蚀性较佳.以此熟料为主要原料研制的铝锆碳滑板具有良好的高温性能,是有前途的连铸用耐火材料.
The properties of corundum-mullite-zirconia grogs made by reaction-sintering process and their carbon-bonded materials have been investigated. It is showm that corundum-mullite-zirconia grogs exhibit lower sintering temperature as well as better thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. The alumina-zirconia-carbon slide plate made from these grogs possess good high-temperature properties and may have prospects for applications in continuous casting.
