焦绿石P_xN_y的制备,显微结构与性能

摘要 制备了焦绿石P_xN_y,用DTA、XRD、SEM研究了P_xN_y的合成,烧结条件及显微结构.P_xN_y的ε_(20℃)=124-265,tgδ=8-72×10^(-4),E_b=3.90-6.15kV/mm,ρ=2.29×10^(11)-3.88×10^(12)(Ω-cm),σ=367-604kg/cm^2.讨论了P_xN_y对PMN基弛豫铁电体陶瓷性能的影响. Lead niobate (P_xN_y) pyrochlore Pb_3Nb_4O_(13)(P_3N_4), Pb_2Nb_2O_7(P_2N_2) and Pb_3Nb_2O_8(P_3N_2) were synthesized with conventional ceramics techeniques. The raw materials used were Pb_3O_4(98%)and Nb_2O_5(99%). The conditions for synthesis and sintering, and microstructure of P_xN_y ceramics were studied by means of DTA, XRD and SEM. The sintering temperature of P_xN_y was about 980°C to 1200°C. P_xN_y exhibits the following properties: ε_(20°C)=124-265, tgδ=8-72× 10^(-4), E_b=3.90-6.15kV/mm, ρ=2.29×10^(11)-3.88×10^(12)(Ω-cm), σ=367-604kg/cm^2. The effects of P_xN_y on dielectric and mechanical properties of lead magnesium niobate ferroelectric relaxor ceramics were discussed.
