The way of Cultivating High Yield and High Grade Morinda officinalis

摘要 本文总结了巴戟天高产优质的途径:立地条件选择、优良品种选育,以及苗木质量、遮荫、藤蔓控制、施肥、农业综合防治病虫害等措施。首次报导了通过组织培养选育优良品种,首次提出叶面积指数低于1不宜修剪藤蔓、乔木林不宜选作遮荫树,禁止大面积毁林开荒连片种植巴戟天。进一步证明巴戟天不宜施速效化肥。在其产品的化学成分测定中,首次检出了6种游离氨基酸和12种挥发性成分。上述措施对改进和制定巴戟天先进的栽培技术,提高栽培研究水平,推动栽培事业的发展,提供了第一手资料,具有科学价值和实际意义。 This paper reports the ways of cultivating high yield and high grade Morinda officinalis. The ways include: selecting cultivated area, selecting breeds and seedlings, providing shading condition, controlling vines, applying fertilizae, preventing and treating plant diseases and insect pests. The paper first reports that fine breeds were selected by tissue culture, and that it is unnecessary to prune the vines when the index of leaf covering is lower than 1, the tree forest is not suitable for shading, and it is prohibited to destory the forest for opening up tracts of land to cultivate Morinda officinalis. It is also proved that the quick-acting fertilizer is not suitable. Besides in the determination of chemical elements of its products, six kinds of free amino acid and twelve kinds of volatile element were obtained for the first time.
