摘要
通过对R&D的主要数据及其差距的分析 ,阐述了高师院校科技发展与人才、学术交流和企业结合的重要性 ,并探讨科技发展要走优势集成、发展学科的路子 .
On the basis of analyzing principal data and dispa ri ty factors of research and development, this paper intends to expound the import ant relationship between developments in science & technology and scientists & technicians, academic exchange, cooperation with enterprises, as well as the approach to centralizing advantages and developing disciplines.
