摘要
本文根据我国 4 7个地方猪种的体尺、繁殖、生长和肥育等 17个数量性状 ,应用系统聚类分析方法进行分类。取阈值T =35 .2时 ,把我国 4 7个地方猪种分为了五个类型 ,第Ⅰ类型为一些体型大、繁殖性能高、母性良好、生长速度快、脂肪沉积能力较差的地方猪种。第Ⅱ、Ⅲ类性状一般。第Ⅳ类是体型微小的、繁殖力极低、皮极薄的地方猪种。第Ⅴ类的突出特点是脂肪沉积能力强 ,高达 4 9%。体型与繁殖能力的大小依次为 :Ⅰ >Ⅱ >Ⅲ >Ⅳ >Ⅴ。和传统的主要根据分布区域等特性确定分类的方法不同 ,系统聚类法能充分反映品种的体尺性状、胴体品质、繁殖特性等数量特征 ,是客观的数值分类 ,这种分类对我国猪种的繁育和利用有一定意义。
Forty seven Chinese pig breeds were classified to five types using systematic cluster analysis on 17 quantitative indexes such as size, reproduction and fattening etc. Type Ⅰwas the breeds with big size, high reproductivity, perfect maternal instinct, high growth performance and lower fat deposition. Type Ⅱ and Type Ⅲ were moderate. Type Ⅳ was the breeds with low reproductivity and extremely thin skin. While Type Ⅴ was the breeds with high fat deposition as to 49%. The five types were in turn as Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅳ>Ⅴ according to size and reprodutivity. The results showed that,compared with traditional classification which classed pig breed based on pig distributional region,systemetic cluster analysis represent quantitative indexes such as figure, fattening and reproductivity. Therefore it was the subjective classing method which cluster analysis is of important to breeding or utilization of Chiness pig breed.
