羟丙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜 被引量:2

STUDIES ON HYDROXYPROPYL CELLULOSE ACETATE REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE

摘要 研究了羟丙基醋酸纤维素反渗透膜的制膜工艺和膜性能。实验表明,以甘油—正丙醇或磷酸为添加剂,蒸发时间30—60s,预热处理温度70℃,时间3—5min,可得到在2MPa操作压力下,氯化钠脱除率95—98%,水通量1.0~2.1ml/cm^2·h的反渗透膜。羟丙基醋酸纤维素膜具有一定的耐热性,其使用温度上限比醋酸纤维素膜至少提高了10℃以上。羟丙基醋酸纤维素的溶解性能与醋酸纤维素相似。X射线衍射和热重分析显示羟丙基醋酸纤维素具有与醋酸纤维素相似的聚集态结构。 The casting process and reverse osmosis (RO) properties of hydroxypropyl cellulose acetate (HPCA) membrane have been studied in this work. It is found that the suitable conditions for casting HPCA RO membrane are adding glycerine—n-propanol or phosphoric acid as additive, evaperating for 30-60s, and pre-treating with 70℃ water for 3—5 min. The membranes with 95-98% of salt rejection of NaCl and 1.0—2.1 ml/cm^2·h of water flux are obtained when the operating pressure is 2 MPa. The HPCA RO membrane could be used at higher working temperature as compared with CA membrane. The solubility of HPCA in these organic solvents used is almost the same as that of CA. X-ray and TGA data show that the HPCA has almost the same aggregate structure as CA.
