摘要
蜜胺制品罩光树脂粉是由三聚氰胺与甲醛缩聚而成。一步法制成,不需干燥。能用于蜜胺制品的表面罩光,可与进口产品相媲美。本文对影响罩光粉罩光性能的一些反应条件,如不同的摩尔比、固化剂及pH值的影响进行讨论,找到较为合适的配方和工艺。
Coating resin of melamine ware is prepared by melamine and formaldehyde. It is prepared in one step without need of drying. It can be used to coat the surface of melamine ware to improve the properties of the surface. In this paper, the effects of reaction conditions, different melamine/formaldehyde mole ratios, hardeners and pH on the coating properties are discussed.
