摘要
采用氯乙醇和甲基丙烯酸经取代及酯化两步合成反应可制取具有聚合反应活性,同时又有乳化作用的自乳化剂甲基丙烯酸乙酯磺酸钠,可取代通用的乳化剂用于丙烯酸酯无皂乳液共聚合,所生成乳液有优异的稳定性能,不受酸碱度、电解质、和低温冷冻的影响,成膜后显示较高的耐水性。此种无皂乳液聚合引发初期不产生加速效应,可适用于各种加料方式。
2-(Sodiosulfo) ethyl methacrylate(NaSEM) is prepared by esterification of methacrylic acid with sodium hydroxyethyl sulfite(Ⅰ). I is prepared by reacting HOCH_2CH_2Cl with Na_2SO_3.
