发展小城镇是我国农村城镇化的重要途径。进一步弄清小城镇是什么 ?小城镇谁来建 ?建小城镇干什么 ?怎样建成小城镇等问题 ,就能克服小城镇发展中的认识上错位 ,做法上简单的片面性实践 。
Town developing is a very important way to urbanization of rural areas in our country. Making clear the questions like: What is a town? Who establishes it? What for? How to establish etc. will help us overcome misconceptions of town development and simple one-sidedness in practice, and provide guidance in both theory and practice in town development.
