介绍了双液型遇水膨胀聚氨酯密封胶的研究。该密封胶以水溶性聚氨酯预聚体为A组分,复合固化剂、填料和增塑剂为B组分,具有遇水膨胀的特殊功能。重点讨论了填料用量、增塑剂用量、固化剂形态对密封胶性能的影响。
The preparation of water swelling polyurethane sealants was introduced in the paper. There are two compositions in the sealants: Part A was made from watersoluble polyurethane prepolymer, Part B was made from mixures of curing agents?fillers and plastifiers. The sealant had water swelling specific property. The influence of fillers amount, plastifier amount and curing agents forms on sealants' properties are discussed.
