介绍了二段炉的结构与工艺流程走向及其开车程序。二段炉烧嘴质量的好坏直接影响到其正常工作 ,故对二段炉烧嘴的保护要求较高 ;温度的控制对二段炉也很重要。
The structure, technical process and set going procedure of the second convert furnace are described. The quality of the spout of the furnace exerts influence on the operation of the furnace, so the requirements for protecting the spout are very strict and the temperature controlling of the furnace is important.
