摘要
主要研究了化学镀镍磷合金镀液主要组份络合剂对镀层磷含量的影响 ;分别研究了 5种单一络合剂及其复合络合剂对镀层磷含量的影响 。
In this paper the effect of the main composition of complex agent on phosphorus of electroless NI-P alloy is researched.The effects of 5 kinds of single complex agents and compound complex agent on the phosphorus are reserched.Some law are found.
