摘要
对35例老年冠心病患者和34例正常对照组作葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)及胰岛素释放试验(IRT).结果发现冠心病患者服糖后血糖及胰岛素的峰值下降均较对照组缓慢,且3h血糖值全部比对照组高(P<0.01).提示冠心病患者存在糖代谢障碍.
In order to study the metabolic disturbance of glucose in the senile patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) , OGTT and IRT were conducted in 35 patients with CHD and 34 normal subjects.Our results showed that in the patients with CHD the peak values of glucose and insulin declined more slowly than that of the controls.And the mean values of glucose at 3-hour were much higher in the CHD group than that of the control group (P<0.01).The results suggested that glucose metabolic distur bance existed in the senile patients with CHD.Therefore, the mechanism of such metabolic disturbance re quirs further investigation.
