摘要
经尿道输尿管镜取石术100例,取石成功率82％。本文对经尿道输尿管镜取石术在输尿管结石治疗中的地位、输尿管镜直视下液电碎石的临床应用及并发症的防治进行讨论,认为URS是治疗输尿管中、下段结石的一种重要方法,同时也是ESWL的重要辅助方法.
100 cases of ureteral stones were treated with transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URS).The successful rate was 82%.The evaluation of URS in the treatment of uretheral stones,the clinical use of ureteroscopic electrohydraulic lithotripsy and the complications of such procedure were dis- cussed.We believe URS is an important tool for the management of mid and lower ureteric stones,and may also serve as an accessory procedure for ESWL.
