摘要
柑桔黄龙病可以侵染沙田柚而产生典型的‘斑驳’症状。我们通过电镜观察表明,带病沙田柚的病原体在形态、大小和构造上均与柑桔黄龙病病原体(类细菌)相似;PCR扩增也证明其病原体DNA与柑桔黄龙病病原体的PCR产物具有很高的同源性。
Citrus yellow shoot disease (citrus huanglongbing) leaves of Citrus maxima cv. Shatianyou collected from pommelo orchard in Meiz h ou, Guangdong Province, showed typical symptom of leaf mottling. The pathogen wh ich was observed under electron microscopy was similar in morphology and stru ctu re to bacteria-like organism of citrus huanglongbing disease. Polymerase cha in r eaction (PCR) analysis also proved that the DNA of the pathogen was greatly homo logous with PCR product from that of citrus huanglongbing pathogen. The re sult e xhibits that the citrus yellow shoot could infect pommelo, which seldom a ppeared in this fruit.
