摘要
①目的 探讨十二指肠损伤的机制 ,提高其诊治水平。②方法 回顾性总结 2 2例十二指肠损伤的临床资料。③结果 十二指肠损伤多有并发伤 ,以闭合性损伤为主。本组全部经手术治疗 ,由于手术及时 ,处理得当 ,无病死者 ,1例出现十二指肠瘘和腹腔脓肿。④结论 十二指肠损伤早期诊断、及时正确的手术是极其重要的。有效的十二指肠引流、空肠造瘘。
Objective To study the mechanism of duodenal injury and improve its diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical materials of 22 cases of duodenal injury were analyzed retrospectively and summarized. Results Most of the cases were complicated by additional injuries in other organs. Closed injury was mostly seen. All patients were treated by operation and survived. Duodenal fistula and intra-abdominal abscess occurred in one patient. Conclusion Early diagnosis and proper treatment in time are most important. An effective duodenal drainage and enteral nutrition through jejunostomy are beneficial to healing of the injury.
