摘要
①目的 观察椎动脉壁交感神经节后纤维与颈部交感神经节的对应关系 ,为颈部交感神经节阻滞缓解椎动脉缺血提供依据。②方法 家兔 2 0只分为 4组 ,于椎动脉壁的不同部位分别注射辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP) ,取颈部交感神经节切片染色。③结果 颈上神经节的交感神经节后纤维有少量直接分布至椎动脉的上段 ;颈中神经节发出的交感神经节后纤维主要分布在椎动脉的中段 ,其次与颈下神经节共同分布于椎动脉下段 ;星状神经节发出的交感神经可分布于整个椎动脉壁 ,但以分布于椎动脉的中、下段为主。④结论 整个椎动脉 (颅外段 )
Objective To study the corresponding relationship between the sympathetic nerve on the wall of vertebral artery (VA) and the cervical sympathetic ganglia to provide a basis for relieving vertebral artery ischemia by blocking nerve ganglia. Methods 20 rabbits were divided into 4 groups. HRP was injected to different parts of the wall of VA, and the cervical sympathetic ganglia were taken and stained by histochemical method. Results Some nerve fibers distributing on the wall of upper part of VA come from superior cervical sympathetic ganglia . The fibers from the middle cervical sympathetic ganglia distribute on the wall of middle and inferior parts of VA. The fibers from the inferior cervical sympathetic ganglia distribute on the whole wall of VA. Conclusion The postganglionic fibers of cervical sympathetic ganglia on the whole wall of VA distribute segmentally.
