摘要
采用开放式育种方法对本所和引进杜洛克猪进行选育 ,组建了专门化品系基础群 ,基础群胴体瘦肉率 6 9 2 2 % ,眼肌面积超过 4 1cm2 ,腿臀比例达 32 2 % ,且肉质优良。活体背膘厚公猪 9 6 5mm ,母猪8 2 7mm。氟烷基因阳性率为 0。日增重 6 92g ,达 10 0kg体重日龄 178d。
Duroc was selected and bred by the method of open breeding and base population of specific line was composed Carcass lean meat percentage of the base population was 69 22%;loin eye area was more than 41cm 2;leg-to-buttock percentage was 32 20% and its meat quality was excellent Male back fat thickness was 9 65mm;female back fat thickness was 8 27mm Positive percentage of Hal gene was zero Base population daily gain was 692 g;population reached 100kg weight last 178 days
