摘要
作者把教学就是服务的观点应用于教学管理的实际工作中,坚持理论与实践相结合的办学理念,采取了加强领导,健全组织管理,狠抓管理人员的素质教育和带教教师及授课教师的角色转换,严格管理过程,精心带教和授课,严格考核制度,健全档案管理等切合实际的管理措施,取得了一定的效果,为临床实习生的教学开辟了新的途径.
The author applies the viewpoint of 'Teaching is Service' to the practical teaching management. He insists on combining theory and practice, strengthening the leadership, perfecting organizations and administration, paying more attention to both the quality education of administrative staffs and role-exchange of teachers, enforcing rigorously the administration process and check system, giving instructions and speeches painstakingly, and making the personnel record administration perfect. We have already gained some experiences and opened up a new way for the teaching of clinical interns.
