摘要
在生命科学的时代里,继续医学教育显得尤为重要.本文探讨了开展继续医学教育与学校医学教育的必要性、迫切性及人力资源等方面的问题,随着医学科学的发展和进步最终依赖的是终生接受、掌握最新医学理论知识和专业技术的人员,做到这点,必须作好继续医学教育.
In the era of life science, continuous medical education shows more importance. This paper discusses some problems with regard to the necessity, urgency, and personnel resources of continuous medical education. It suggests that both development and progress of medical science depend upon those personnel with special techniques and those who accept and grasp the newest medical knowledge in lifelong. For this, one must carry out continuous medical education well.
