摘要
21世纪的医学教育面临着挑战与发展机遇,对高等临床医学教育提出了新的要求,临床医学教育在教育模式、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、学科建设、教学改革、教育技术、继续教育等方面也要有相应的改革与调整.文章从10个方面探讨了培养创新型临床医学人才的理论观点.
Medical education of the 21st century faces both challenges and opportunities of development. It has required new demands for the college level clinical medical education. Clinical medical education should conduct some corresponding reform and adjustment in the aspects of education model, personnel fostering model, teacher group construction, subjects construction, teaching reform, education technique, and continuous education. This paper discusses about some theoretical viewpoints on fostering the new type of clinical medical personnel from 10 different aspects.
