摘要
目的 :了解羊膜移植在治疗眼表面疾病中的应用 ,同时探讨了羊膜的基础性研究。方法 :查阅国内外大量有关羊膜和羊膜移植方面的文献。结果 :羊膜移植在治疗眼表面疾病中有着巨大的潜力和乐观的前景。结论 :羊膜移植在初步的临床应用中取得了可喜的成果 ,但尚有许多机制性问题需进一步研究。
Objective:To know the application of amnion transplatation in ocular surface disease,and to investigate the fundamental research about it.Method:Reading the literature about amnion and amnion transplatation home and abroad.Result:Amnion transplatation has great potential and optimistic future in treating ocular surface disease.Conclusion:During the clinical use of amnion transplatation,great success has been achieved,however,there are still a lot of mechanical problem need to be further solved.
