摘要
目的 探讨提高股骨干严重粉碎性骨折治愈率的方法。方法 对 12例严重股骨干骨折行带锁髓内钉固定并一期植骨修复骨缺损。结果 随访 1～ 2年 ,12例骨折均愈合 ,愈合时间 3～ 6个月。无肢体短缩、旋转及成角畸形 ,无感染 ,主钉无弯曲及断裂 ,锁钉无断裂及退出 ,膝关节功能均恢复满意。结论 用带锁髓内钉固定并一期植骨的方法治疗股骨干严重粉碎性骨折 ,骨折愈合快 ,并发症少。
Objective To explore the methods of improving the curing rate of severe comminuted femoral fracture. Methods 12 cases of severe comminuted femoral fractures were treated with interlocking intramedullary nailing and one stage bone grafting. Results 12 cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years. All fractures were united in 3～6 months. No signs of shortening, rotation, angular deformity and infection of the extremities were observed. No bending or breaking of the nails, no breaking or protrusion of interlocking bolts were found. Knee joints function were recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion This procedure is effetive in treatment of severe comminuted femeral fracture with quickly healing and fewer complications.
