摘要
目的 :探讨抑癌基因蛋白P16和细胞周期蛋白D1在星形细胞瘤中对肿瘤形成、生长和抑制的作用。方法 :应用免疫组化染色 (LSAB法 )和MIAS图像分析系统对结果进行定量分析统计。结果 :6 1例星形细胞瘤中P16和CyclinD1阳性率面积分别为 4 1.6 %和 5 1.4 %。其阳性率、阳性颗粒面积、平均光密度和积分光密度及组织学分级均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :P16蛋白可抑制星形细胞瘤的形成和发展过程 。
Objective: To explore the role of tumor suppressor gene P16 and cyclin D1 in tumor formation, growth, and suppresion in astrocytomas. Methods: The expression of P16 and Cyclin D1 in 61 astrocytoma cases were detected, using immunohistochemical method and analyzed by the Mias 99 pathological image system. Immunohistochemical staining was performed using the LSAB Kit. Results: The lower grade tumor group (WHO grade Ⅰand Ⅱ) had higher positive rate, positive granule area, average light density and total light density of P16 than those of the higher grade tumor group (WHO grade Ⅲand Ⅳ, P<0.01). The lower grade tumor group had lower positive rate, positive granule area, average light density and total light density of cyclin D1 than those of the higher grade tumor group. Conclusion: The P16 gene can repress the forming and developing of astrocytoma; in contrast, Cyclin D1 can promote its growth.
