摘要
目的 探讨在贫困地区进行白内障复明手术。方法 12 0例白内障患者施行现代白内障囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶状体植入术。结果 术后矫正视力≥ 0 .3者共 114例 ,脱残率为 92 .5 % ,≥ 0 .5者 10 6例 ( 88% )。主要并发症有 :角膜水肿、后囊膜破裂、玻璃体脱出等。
Objective To analyse the cataract surgery in undeveloped countryside.Methods 120 cases treated with extracapsule cataract extraction(ECCE) and PC-IOL implantation were reviewed.Results 114 cases(92.5%) had visual acuity of 0.3 or better and 106 cases(88%) had visual acuity of 0.5 or better.The main complications were corneal edema,posterior capsular rupture and vitreous loss,etc. Conclusions ECCE and PC-IOL implantation is the best choice for recovery of blindness of cataract especially in the undeveloped countryside.
