THE SYNTHESIS AND IDENTIFICATION OF MOLECULAR SIEVES OF AlPO_4-5 AND SAPO-5

摘要 用水热法合成了AlPO_4-5,SAPO-5分子筛,对样品进行了XRD,SEM及IR分析,并测定了它们的比表面及吸附量,确认它们均为分子筛结构。实验表明,模板剂的种类、硅源、铝源的选择及搅拌的均匀程度等对产物影响很大。 Novel Molecular sieves of AlPO4-5 and SAPO-5 were synthesized by hydrother-mal synthesis and characterized by XRD,SEM,IR, specific surface areas and adsorbing ca-pacites. The experiment results not only confirmed AIPO4-5,SAPO-5 are molecular sieves, but also revealed the types of templating agents, the selections of silicon sources and aluminum sources,and the stiring uniformity have great effects on products.
