摘要
文章认为档案价值的时效性是多元化的 ,并且呈现出一种鲜明的层次性和阶段性。为了更好地提供档案的利用服务 ,文章分析了无密级档案文件价值时效性的剥离的可行性。
The Article thinks that the time-effectiveness of archival value isdiversified, and presents clear levels and stages. In order to provide better archival service of utilization, the article analyzes the possibility, necessity and present model of separating the time-effectiveness from the value of the no confidential archives.
