摘要
本文在可持续发展思想的基础上构建城市信息化测度指标体系 ,将城市信息化指数分解为发展指数、质量指数、潜力指数三个部分 ,既注重对城市信息化发展现状的描述 ,也注重对其质量及发展潜力的评估 ,克服了信息化测度理论研究中对城市信息化测度重视现状而忽视质量与发展潜力的弊端。
A system about the measuring index of municipal informatization was constructed based on theories of sustainable development in this paper.The index was divided into three aspects including developmental index,quality index and potential index,focusing on the description of present developmental status of municipal informatization as well as it's quality and potential ,which is different from studies on the measuring theory of informatization paying more attention to present status than to quality and potential.
