摘要
目的 观察苯那普利 (商品名 :洛汀新 )联合美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效。方法 选择慢性CHF患者 80例 ,根据治疗情况分成两组 :对照组 ( 4 0例 )常规给予洋地黄及利尿剂治疗 ;观察组 ( 4 0例 )在常规药物治疗的基础上加用苯那普利及美托洛尔治疗。结果 苯那普利联合美托洛尔使CHF患者心率减慢 ,心功能改善 ,超声心动图复查显示左室舒张末期内径及左房内径缩小 ,左室射血分数增高 ,对心功能的改善明显优于对照组。结论 在常规药物治疗的基础上加用苯那普利及美托洛尔治疗慢性CHF可使心功能改善 。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of banazapril accompanied with metoprolol for treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:80 cases wit congestive heart failure were divided into two groups.The patient of control group received routine treatment (Digitalis and diuretics).The obserevation groups were given banazapril and metoprolol beside routine treatment.Results:There were more significant improvement in NYHA functional class in banazapril accompanied With metoprolol group than in placeebo groub.Banazapril and metoprolol were associated with greater overall reduction of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and an overall increase in the LVEF%.Conclusion:Addition of banazapril and metoprolol to standard therapy may profoundly improve cardiac function and prevent clinical deterioration in patients with CHF when compared with patients without banazapril and metoprolol treatment.
