摘要
XeCl气体准分子激光波长为308nm,脉冲宽度50~100ns,峰值功率20MW。实验动物为白色幼猪,共照射203个有效样点,分成5个剂量组,各组照射剂量为38.8~134.3mJ/cm^2。相应红斑发生率为11.8~98.0%。用迭代加权回归Bliss法统计,MRD_(50)的剂量为73.03mJ/cm^2。
Making use of a XeCl laser operating at 308nm, with 50~100ns pulsewidth and 20MW peak power output,203 spots of white pig skin were irradiated in five dosage groups from 38.8 to 134.3mJ/cm^2. The erythema rates were 11.8~98.0% relevantly. By iterated weighted linear regression Bliss method analysis a MRD_(50) 73.03mJ/cm^2 was obtained.
