摘要
在模拟渣浆泵叶轮的工况条件的试验装置中 ,对比测试了高铬铸铁、环氧树脂基复合材料和聚氨酯弹性体 3种耐磨材料的冲蚀磨损性能 ,讨论了它们的磨损机理。试验结果表明 ,聚氨酯弹性体的耐磨是高铬铸铁的 5 3倍 ,高铬铸铁的耐磨性是环氧树脂复合材料的 10 2倍。
Comparative testing of the erosion wear performances of three wear resisting materials, i.e, high chromium cast iron, epoxy matrix composite and polyurethane elastomer made in a testing device simulating the operational conditions of a slurry pump impeller is described and their wear mechanism discussed. The test results showed that the wear resistance of polyurethane elastometer was 5.3 times that of high chromium cast iron and the latter's, 10.2 times of eopxy matrix composite. Therefore, polyurethane elastomer is considered as the most suitable material for impellers.
