摘要
分析了我国招投标市场现状与面临的形势 ,并阐述了现行公路工程招投标制度的特点和意义 ,提出了存在的主要问题和改进措施 。
In this article the current situation and the coming challenges of bidding market in our country are analyzed, meanwhile the characteristics and significance of present tender system in highway engineering are elaborated. Some existed problems and improvement measures are proposed in order to promote the construction of highway engineering.
