A new evaluation method,that is,operation environment evaluation has been introduced.And also this kind of e-valuation elements and standards have been described and studied,such a menthod has an active meaning to how to reflect the operation environment correctly and aim at improving the workshop in order to the labor intensity of the workers and the cost of the products.
