摘要
在不同温度条件下,对广西7个地区不同土壤类型的34个土壤样品,采用 Bray Ⅰ法测定其速效磷含量。结果表明,在10~35℃范围内,温度对 Bray Ⅰ法测定土壤速效磷含量的影响不大。如对测定结果的准确度要求不高,可以忽略温度的影响:如对测定结果的准确度要求较高,则应考虑温度的影响。对测定结果经严格的统计分析,推算出 Bray Ⅰ法测定土壤速效磷的温度校正系数,可将10~35℃的任一温度测定值校正至25℃的含磷量。验证表明,该温度校正系数是可靠的,可供参考使用。
Under different temperature conditions,34 samples of different types of soils in Guangxi were analysed to determine the contents of active phosphorus by method Bray I. The results show as follows: 1.The effect of extractive temperature is insignificant. 2.If very accurate results are required,it can be realized by calculating the temperature correction coefficients of Bray I,and correcting the contents of Bray I-P in soil. 3.The temperature correction coefficient for Bray I-P has been calculated at 10~ 35℃.
