摘要
本文给出了一种获得单纵模脉冲激光的装置。该激光器由TEA CO_2和CWCO_2激光器组成,采用内注入,结构简单易注入成功。本实验得到了预期的结果,并提出了进一步改进的方法。
This paper gives a device to obtain a single longitudinal mode pulsed laser beam. The hybrid TEA CO_2 laser is a kind of laser that put a SLM CW CO_2 laser and a TEA CO_2 laser into one reson-a tor. The injection is internal so that the structure is simple and the operation is easy to be done. The expected results have been got and some improvement methods have also been put forward.
